About Us

Thank you for your interest in our congregation.  Here is a brief description of who we are.

Beth Sason began over nine years ago in Murrieta.   We now meet at “The House”, 31542 Railroad Canyon Road, Canyon Lake, CA 92587.  We are a fellowship made up of people from both a Jewish and a Non-Jewish background.  We are members of the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA) and the International Alliance of Messianic Congregations & Synagogues (IAMCS).   Our services are similar to other congregations of the MJAA.  We are also very similar to congregations of the UMJC if you are familiar with them.

Our primary service is our Shabbat service.  We begin with an Erev Shabbat gathering in homes where we welcome in Shabbat.   We have some liturgy, lighting of the candles, blessing of the wives, husbands, and children and we share a meal together.   Our main service starts at 10:30am with worship, Davidic dance, liturgy, teaching from the Torah portion and prayer.  There is an oneg/lunch afterwards and then those who want to join together for fellowship do so in someone’s home.  This is just a relaxing time with no agenda. On Saturday we have Shabbat school for our children plus nursery care for the toddlers.

Our adult bible study is on Wednesday night and we are in a study of the book of Acts. This is a year-long study with an emphasis on how the first Messianic Jewish believers spread their faith.  Also on Wednesday night we have a Davidic dance class.  There is no charge for either class.

We celebrate all the Festivals of the L-rd; Passover, First Fruits, Shavuot, Yom Teruah

(Rosh Hashanah), Yom Kippur, and Sukkot.  Also we celebrate other traditional holidays such as Hanukkah and Purim.

The L-rd has blessed us by bringing together some wonderful families in our congregation.  At present we average about 30 in attendance and occasionally will have over 40.  On holidays there are more, of course.

Directions to our congregation from  I-15 North:  Exit at  and turn right (East) on Railroad Canyon Rd. continue about 2 mi. to Canyon Lake Dr. Turn right into Village Shopping Center.. We are located in the far left corner of the center.

Directions from 215 North:  Exit and turn left at Newport Rd. continue about 3 mi. until the dead end at Goetz Rd.  Turn left for about one mile to Canyon lake Dr…  Turn left into the shopping center…
